Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a shipment notification email containing tracking information once your order leaves our facility. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the shipment is dispatched.

Our Fulfillment Strategy

At The Stitchies we've embraced a remote-first approach, with our teams distributed across the US, Europe, and Asia. This decentralized strategy has allowed us to tap into the best global talent while staying agile and responsive to our customers' needs.

A significant portion of our orders are fulfilled directly from our dedicated centers in China. This decision was made with two primary goals in mind:

1. Cost-Effectiveness: By centralizing much of our fulfillment operations in China, we're able to substantially reduce international shipping costs. These savings, in turn, allow us to offer our products at competitive prices without compromising on quality.
2. Efficiency and Speed: Our strategic location in China positions us at a global crossroads, enabling quicker and more efficient international deliveries. By bypassing several traditional shipping hurdles, we ensure that our products reach our customers in the shortest time possible.

That said, we understand the diverse needs of our clientele. As such, we've also established fulfillment centers in the USA and Europe. Some of our products, especially those with a high demand in these regions, are shipped directly from these locations. This ensures we provide timely deliveries while maintaining our commitment to quality.

Delivery of Multiple Items

To expedite the process, items from a single order may be shipped separately, each with its own tracking number. If you receive part of your order, rest assured the remaining items are on the way.

Scentini is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please get in touch with the shipment carrier to file a claim.
