Most orders get shipped within the same working day (Mon-Sat) or within 3 to 4 days for out-of-stock Stithcies kits.

Don't worry! Your order won't be missed! If no movement for 7+ working days, please contact us! Rarely happens:)

Generally, sometimes Airport security holds packages for 3 to 5 days extra (something we are unable to control).
So please wait patiently for this when it says "Security" related on the tracking page.

Using this format helps us make sure we're on the same page for your address, especially for International addresses (non-English)

If your order has been shipped, unfortunately, we can no longer change your address.

If your package is stuck in "Customs Security" please allow a few days for your tracking to say completed.

This is unfortunately something we are unable to control, as all packages go through these security protocols.

This delay is more for US based customers, where the security screening is slower than the rest of the world, such as the UK.

Nothing to worry about! If it has been over 5 working days (excl. weekends), please reach out to us and we'll have a look & assist you!

Once security clearance is marked cleared on your tracking, this will then head over to your local city, then the local delivery driver for delivery. All smooth from there! :)

Could you please check the surrounding area in your home, maybe sitting in a corner?

We noticed carriers are updating delivered notices, but it takes an additional 1-2 days before it actually delivers. This could also be the case, as we notice this happening to our other customers.

So if ever, if it's not in the surrounding, please allow 1-2 extra days in case the delivery (the real one) is maybe 1-2 days more. If not, we're always here, let us know, and we'll assist you!
